1.) The participants must be 18 years old of age from the commencement of the Contest, or if less than 18 years of age have signed and submitted a parental/ legal guardian consent form before the commencement of the Contest. All participants must present to Contest organizers proof of the aforementioned criteria and again the Contest organizers have the discretion to deny entry to the Contest if they deem such criteria to not have been satisfactorily met.

2.) The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

3.) Stirling Communications International, (parent company of Newfoundland Broadcasting Company Limited, which includes NTV and OZFM; Sunday Herald Limited, and Stirling Press), hereinafter referred to as SCI, reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.

4.) SCI also reserves the right to cancel this Contest at any time because of any error, or if it suspects or finds evidence of tampering with any part of the Contest.

5.) Employees, officers, directors, and agents of SCI, and all other subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates of these, all Contest advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and all other companies associated with the production, administration and/or exhibition of the Contest and/or any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, divisions, and joint ventures as well as (a) the immediate family (spouse, ex-spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, regardless of where they live), and (b) members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents; are not eligible to be in the Contest or to participate in any part of the process. In addition, any participant closely acquainted with any person connected with the production and/or administration and/or exhibition of the Contest is not eligible if, in the Contest organizers' sole discretion, the person's participation could create the appearance of impropriety.

6.) After winning a prize valued over $1000, the prize winner must wait one full year before they are eligible to compete for another prize with a value of $600 or more with SCI. After winning a prize valued under $1000, the prize winner must wait 30 days before they are eligible to compete for another prize with SCI. All sales, prizes, and other taxes, gratuities, and any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are non transferable nor exchangeable and may not be substituted, unless SCI expressly permits it, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

7.) All decisions by SCI judges, agents, or management are final.

8.) Contest information, rules, and results are available for inspection at the OZFM business offices, 446 Logy Bay Road, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador during regular business hours which are Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

9.) By participating in the Contest, participants agree to accept and be bound by all Contest rules.

10.) To enter the Contest, participants must submit entries using acceptable means only, which are limited to sending an email to requests@ozfm.com or contests@ozfm.com, sending postal mail to the Companies address, or via telephone at (709) 273-2255 or (709) 273-2000. All entries must clearly state the purpose of the entry.

11.) Only entries received before the Contest closing date and time and via acceptable means will be eligible to partake in the Contest.

12.) SCI is not responsible for ensuring receipt of entries by acceptable means before the close of the Contest, nor shall they be held liable if any entries are not received before the close of Contest regardless of fault.

13.) Participants agree SCI can use of their name, community of residence, likeness and/or voice for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, whether live and recorded, in any media used by the contest Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies with respect to the Contest, without further payment or compensation to the participants or prize winner during and following the Contest throughout the world in perpetuity.

14.) By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees that SCI and all other subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates of these are not liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and/ or actions of any kind resulting from partaking in the Contest, acceptance, possession or use of the prize, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, acts of god, and property damage.

15.) You hereby acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety and are prepared to be bound by all of its terms. Such acceptance shall operate to release and forever discharge SCI, their predecessors, successors, affiliates, parent company and assigns, their advertising and promotional agencies and their employees, representatives and agents, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, costs and payments whatsoever for damages, loss, injury or death howsoever caused arising from your acceptance, or otherwise (including but not limited to any claims arising from the nature of the Contest and your participation in taking it, acts of God or unforeseen circumstances) which you, your heirs, executors, administrators, legal personal representatives, successors or assigns have, may have had or shall in the future have against any of the aforementioned parties in respect to the Contest, the conduct thereof, my participation therein and the award of and the use and enjoyment of the Prize, or otherwise.
