nlsubway TWITTER Word Jumble Contest Rules:

The first correct "reply" from any nlsubway Twitter follower wins a daily Subway prize and is eligible for the Grand Prize Draw in the nlsubway TWITTER Word Jumble Contest.

Winners can be notified by a direct Twitter reply from nlsubway or daily winners can email nlsubway@gmail.com with thier contact information.

Only one winner per household per contest flight. (see rule 7)

Contestants must be 19 years of age and a resident of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Upon notification winners can claim prizes at the Subway office, Kenmount Road during regular business hours.

Winners must provide two pieces of valid identification to claim their prize.

The grand prizes trips will be awarded through two random draws from all of the confirmed daily winners, the first contest flight will begin Monday, July 13, 2009, the grand prize draw will take place before end of business on Friday, July 30, 2009. The second contest flight will begin Monday, August 3, 2009, the grand prize draw will take place before end of business, Friday, August 21, 2009. Entries for the grand prize draw must be received before the end of business, Thursday, July 30, 2009, for the first contest flight and before the end of business, Thursday, August 20, 2009 for the second contest flight, respectively.

All prizes are as awarded and valid for only the dates indicated

 

Prizes have no cash value.

 

Prizes are not transferable.

 

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Subway or Stirling Communications International, and all other subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates of these, all nlsubway TWITTER Word Jumble Contest advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and all other companies associated with the production, administration and/or exhibition of the nlsubway TWITTER Word Jumble Contest and/or any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, divisions, and joint ventures as well as (a) the immediate family (spouse, ex-spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, regardless of where they live), and (b) members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents; are not eligible to be in the nlsubway TWITTER Word Jumble Contest or to participate in any part of the process. In addition, any participant closely acquainted with any person connected with the production and/or administration and/or exhibition of the Contest is not eligible if, in the Contest organizers’ sole discretion, the person's participation could create the appearance of impropriety.

 

Subway is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by users, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant's ability to participate.

 

Subway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of Subway corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any promotion, game or contests.

 

Subway in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means.
